                        Tj is our technician Guru. He's also the Dental Awards Technician of the Year 2007 & 2008 and for the 3rd time in 2009, also shortlisted Smile Awards 2009. He advises and trains our technicians as well as having the final say on any Quality Control policy.
                          If Sam calls you, then you've probably done something wrong! Seriously though, she is the Operations Manager. Sam ensures all incoming and outgoing work is thoroughly checked, and instructions are clear. Don't forget your shade & product code or you'll be hearing from Sam.

Andrew juggles his time between speaking to dentists and managing our main laboratory. He is our administration and quality manager, monitoring all materials and practices used.

                                  As our Accountancy Manager Gene is a very special lady. If you have any accounts queries you can call her on her direct line. Usually she will email your invoices directly and post end of month statements, but if you have any specific instructions let her know.
Many labs in the UK are now quietly outsourcing their products, but continuing to charge high prices. Our methods lead to reduced production costs, and we believe these savings should be passed on to you and the patient.
Many of our dentists say our 25 pound teeth are better than ones they've purchased elsewhere for more than 80!

Modern CAD/CAM systems cannot compete with products within this budget, and although much quicker, do not allow enough time for the technician to concentrate on the detail. We offer both speed and artistry.
